We were newly formed in 2010 bringing together a passionate team with over 20yrs culinary experience from around the world. Owner, manager Michele’s philosophy of food is simple - “food should always be of the freshest ingredients, created with style and art, and lastly but not least - a pleasure to eat.
With a French family background Michele has always had a passion for French food , and a love of the history of food, dating from the 17th century of France and Europe - there lies the passion behind the creation of our menus - thus bringing to you time honoured classics with a contemporary flair. We believe the art of creating exceptional food is to retain traditional methods of food preparation, then blending it with unique modern trends and style
